Working terms for creators using the Creativerse AI workspace. These draft terms require operator and legal review before publication.
Responsible creation
Only use material you own or have permission to use. Do not use the platform to impersonate people, violate privacy, mislead audiences, or produce abusive content. Obtain meaningful consent for identifiable people and synthetic media. Voice cloning is not offered.
AI outputs and review
AI-generated work can contain mistakes, bias, or material that resembles existing works. Review scripts, images, factual claims, subtitles, and licensing before use. No guarantee of accuracy, commercial clearance, audience growth, or viral performance is made.
Available services
AI text, image generation and editing, translation, account-scoped text projects, public media storage, browser speech preview, and text exports are wired to supported capabilities. Video rendering, downloadable TTS, premium entitlements and self-service account deletion are not currently implemented.
Accounts and security
Keep credentials secure. Email registration requires verification. Password recovery and Google or magic-link sign-in are handled by the platform authentication service. Private project records are scoped to the authenticated account by the server.
Limits and access
Service credits, rate limits, content policies, and temporary outages can affect generation. The free writing allowance shown in the interface is not a server-enforced entitlement system. Do not upload confidential files to public storage.
Before launch
The operator must identify the contracting business, contact channel, jurisdiction, applicable policies, and dispute procedures before public commercial launch. These details have not been supplied and are not invented here.
Frequently asked questions
Does Video Studio render a video?
No. It generates a concept, script, scenes, and production prompts. A supported video-generation provider is not connected.
Are my projects private?
Text records are private to your account. Uploaded files are public, even when referenced by a private project.
Can I use generated work commercially?
Review source permissions, likeness consent, trademarks, and service terms first. This app does not guarantee commercial clearance.
